The Nailist Programme has four tiers. Your tier is determined by how much you spend during a calendar quarter which is a set period of 3 months.
On your requalification date, you will be assigned a tier based on your spend. Each tier unlocks a set of exclusive privileges tailored to your level.
New customers can access tiers faster through fast-track, which allows you to move up tiers immediately as you spend until your first requalification.

It gives Glitterbels customers access to discounts, perks, community, and training by simply shopping the products they know and love. Depending on what Nailist tier a customer is in, they will unlock different information and benefits.

You can join the Nailist programme by signing up for a Glitterbels account. Extra discounts on products and additional business training will then be unlocked depending on your interaction with the brand.

Customers can unlock different tiers by simply shopping for essentials. With each tier unlocked, offers and exclusive discounts for members become available, meaning customers have access to the same high-quality products for lower cost. The Nailist programme also offers a multitude of courses focusing on finance, customer service, social media and marketing, as well as business strategy. We know that most nail technicians run their businesses single-handedly, having to navigate this alone. The Nailist programme offers ongoing support for those starting or advancing their career in this industry. The more you unlock, the more you can learn from a dedicated team of techs, strategists and business owners.
How does fast-track work?

Our fast-track feature is available to new customers only. To qualify, your first purchase must be made within the same calendar quarter in which you signed up to the Nailist Programme.
If you are eligible for fast-track, you can move up through the tiers immediately as you spend, up until your first requalification date.
Any purchases made before joining the programme will also count towards your tier progress during fast- track, provided these are made in the same calendar quarter in which you joined the programme. If you have made purchases before the quarter you are currently in, you will not be considered a new customer and will not be eligible for fast-track.

Every tech’s journey is different in this ever-changing industry, so to ensure you are able to unlock the information and support you need, we have teamed up with an educational platform.
You will be able to access your available training courses via the link on your account page. This will be available upon qualification.
If you are a new customer (meaning you've made your first purchase in the current quarter), you’ll be able to access your free courses as soon as you reach the minimum spend to enter your tier and after your first official qualification, access will be granted on a quarterly basis depending on your tier.

If you are in a tier where you are eligible for a discount (Silver, Gold or Diamond tier) your discount will be automatically applied at the checkout.

Some products, such as bundles, new launches and other selected products are excluded from your Nailist discount.
Additionally, your Nailist discount cannot be used in conjunction with certain promotions, such as buy one get one free sales.

Your Nailist discount will increase the more you interact with us, not only that, you can use your Nailist discount on anything Glitterbels sells, including training, furniture, products, events and so much more.

Your tier determines what discount level and perks you have access to. The more you shop, the more perks become available as we aim to give back to our loyal customers and elevate education across the industry.
Customers who haven’t made a purchase within a three-month period will move to a lower tier, but don’t worry as any progress on courses you once had access to will remain.
Each quarter (this is a set 3-month period e.g. Jan 1st – Mar 31st) we will review your status and if you have not reached the minimum spend threshold for your tier you will be moved down depending on your spending for the current period.
Customers who haven’t made a purchase within a three-month period will move to unqualified, but don’t worry, you can requalify for the next quarter and continue enjoying Nailist benefits including education, where your progress will be saved.

Tiers are reviewed quarterly (this is a set 3-month period e.g. Jan 1st – Mar 31st) Your spending for the previous quarter will be reviewed on the set requalification date where you may have moved up a tier, remained in the same tier or moved down a tier.
Inactive customers may find they have moved to a lower tier, but don’t worry everyone’s journey is different and customers can always reactivate tiers.

We review your spend each quarter. Once the quarter ends, your benefits will become accessible in the following quarter. See the quarter schedule below:

If you are a new customer (meaning you've made your first purchase in the current quarter), you will be able to access your benefits straight away because you will be eligible for fast-track progression which means that you can continuously move up tiers as you spend until your first qualification.

There are 4 tiers in the Nailist programme, with each one curated to represent a different time in a nail tech’s career. If a customer starts in our first tier then continues their business development and reaches our fourth tier, not only will they have ultimate access to training and perks, but they will also be able to look back and access what they have learned along the way.
