Terms & Conditions

1. This competition is open to residents of the UK and Northern Ireland, aged 16 years or over. This prize draw is not open to employees or partners of the organiser; Nails by Annabel Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales with company registration number 10766890 and whose office is situated at Davenport Street, Longport, ST6 4LN.
2. This is a free prize draw. Participants are not required to make a purchase to enter. By entering this competition, applicants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
3. To enter this competition, applicants simply need to follow @glitterbels on Instagram & @glitterbelsofficial on TikTok, like the post, tag accounts in the comments and share to their story for a bonus entry. To qualify for this competition, the participant must satisfy the prize draw between 7th February 2025 and 13th February 2025 at 23:59GMT, together the (“qualifying period”). Incomplete actions or those not received by the deadline will not count. Entry is via engagement with the Glitterbels Instagram & TikTok pages. 
4. Nails by Annabel are not responsible or liable for any entries that are lost regardless of cause, including, but not limited to, as a result of equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. 
5. Nails by Annabel will select at random one (1) winner on 13th February.
6. The winner will be contacted by Glitterbels via our official Instagram DM or TikTok DM in order to claim their allocated prize. Nails by Annabel may ask the winner to provide or confirm certain additional information (including but not limited to their home and/or email address) in order for Nails by Annabel to validate the entry.
7. There is no cash alternative for this. Nails by Annabel reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or higher value in the event of unforeseen circumstances. 
8. Where Nails by Annabel is unable to contact a winner to obtain delivery details within 14 days of choosing that winner, or any prize cannot be taken up or is declined, a substitute winner may be drawn or chosen (as the case may be) at Nails by Annabel’s discretion without further notice to the original winner and the original winner shall cease to be eligible for the prize or any alternative and shall have no claim against Nails by Annabel. 
9. By entering the prize draw, you confirm that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete and that you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. 
10. The personal information provided by you to enter the promotion will be used to administer this promotion and to contact the winners. Information provided by you shall be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy, details of which can be found at Privacy policy – Glitterbels
11. Nails by Annabel’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. Nails by Annabel reserves the right to disqualify any participant if the entry:
    1. Contains content which may be discriminatory or cause offence on the grounds of a person’s protected characteristic (including but not limited to, sex, sexual orientation, marital status, race, ethnicity, religious belief, age or disability); or
    2. Contains content or a link to content which is unlawful, defamatory, offensive, abusive, threatening, harassing or knowingly incorrect it has reasonable grounds to believe that the participant has breached any of these terms and conditions; or
    3. Attacks or intimidates another person; or
    4. Invades the privacy of another person; or
    5. Contains content which it deems to advertise commercial business or services.
13. Nails by Annabel reserves the right to suspend or cancel this prize draw where it becomes necessary.
14. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, Nails by Annabel, at its sole discretion, may exclude you from participating in this promotion.
15. These terms and conditions will be governed by English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts shall prevail.
