Terms & Conditions

  1. This competition is open to residents of the UK and Northern Ireland, aged 16 years or over. This prize draw is not open to employees or partners of the organiser; Nails by Annabel Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales with company registration number 10766890 and whose office is situated at Davenport Street, Longport, ST6 4LN. 
  2. This is a free prize draw. Participants are not required to make a purchase to enter. By entering this competition, applicants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. 
  3. To enter this competition, applicants simply must meet the requirements stated under the necessary Instagram post. This will include liking, commenting on said post, and following both @glitterbels and @nails_by_annabel_ 
  4. To qualify for this competition, the participant must satisfy the prize draw between Monday 25th March (“start date”) and Monday 1st April at 23:59GMT (“end date”), together the (“qualifying period”). Incomplete actions or those not received by the deadline will not count. Entry is via Instagram on the necessary social post. 
  5. Nails by Annabel is not responsible or liable for any entries that are lost regardless of cause, including, but not limited to, as a result of equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.  
  6. Nails by Annabel will select at random one (1) winner on Tuesday 2nd April. 
  7. Only the Winner will be directly messaged on Instagram by @glitterbels or @nails_by_annabel_m. Nails by Annabel may ask the winner to provide or confirm certain additional information (including but not limited to their home and/or email address) in order for Nails by Annabel to validate the entry and deliver the prize.  
  8. The prize is one (1) £40GBP Glitterbels Hema Free Gel Polish Rock Chick collection and one (1) £250GBP Ticketmaster Voucher (“prize bundle”). There is no cash alternative for this. Nails by Annabel reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or higher value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.  
  9. Where Nails by Annabel is unable to contact a winner to obtain delivery details within 14 days of choosing that winner, or any prize cannot be taken up or is declined, a substitute winner may be drawn or chosen (as the case may be) at Nails by Annabel’s discretion without further notice to the original winner and the original winner shall cease to be eligible for the prize or any alternative and shall have no claim against Nails by Annabel.  
  10. All TicketMaster gift cards received through this promotion, are subject to the TicketMaster gift card terms and conditions, which can be found at tm-uk-gift-card-21-01-22.pdf (ticketmaster.co.uk) 
  11. By entering the prize draw, you confirm that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete and that you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.  
  12. The personal information provided by you to enter the promotion will be used to administer this promotion and to contact the winners. Information provided by you shall be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy, details of which can be found at Privacy policy – Glitterbels 
  13. Nails by Annabel’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 
  14. Nails by Annabel reserves the right to disqualify any participant if the entry: 
  15. Contains content which may be discriminatory or cause offence on the grounds of a person’s protected characteristic (including but not limited to, sex, sexual orientation, marital status, race, ethnicity, religious belief, age or disability); or 
  16. Contains content or a link to content which is unlawful, defamatory, offensive, abusive, threatening, harassing or knowingly incorrect it has reasonable grounds to believe that the participant has breached any of these terms and conditions; or 
  17. Attacks or intimidates another person; or 
  18. Invades the privacy of another person; or 
  19. Contains content which it deems to advertise commercial business or services. 
  20. Nails by Annabel reserves the right to suspend or cancel this prize draw where it becomes necessary 
  21. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, Nails by Annabel, at its sole discretion, may exclude you from participating in this promotion. 
  22. These terms and conditions will be governed by English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts shall prevail.
