For natural nails our range of Builder Gels are for you. Our Builder Gels provide the perfect base coat for nail art and helps provide shape and strength for the nail itself or for short enhancements.
Nail builder gel helps to fix and strengthen nails. They can fill in any cracks or breaks on the surface of the nail, which makes them look smoother and more even. Builder gels also help you grow healthy new nails.
What's the difference between gel polish and builder gel?
Builder Gel is a stronger type of gel polish base coat. It has a thicker consistency than regular gel polish base coats, but it levels out well to create a smooth foundation layer where a top coat nail polish can be applied.
Do builder gels last longer than regular gel polish?
Builder gel is a liquid gel that you paint on your nails like nail polish. It is then cured with a lamp. Builder gel is a lot stronger than regular nail polish and lasts for two to three weeks.
How do you remove builder gels?
Builder gel can be removed by soaking the nails in pure acetone for 15 minutes. The excess builder gel can then also be scraped off. Repeat the process, if needed.
Can you infill builder gels?
If your builder gel starts to grow out, you can infill it just like you would with acrylic nails. If the nail is still in good condition, you can just apply another layer of builder gel.
Do you need a base coat with builder gel?
Although builder gel can be applied directly to the natural nail, we recommend applying one layer of regular base coat first if your client has thin nails which bend and flex easily. This will help to ensure that your nail art looks its best.
Can builder gel be used as a top coat?
This gel is thicker than regular nail polish, but it dries quickly to a glossy finish. Plus, it can be used as a top coat for extra protection.
