Is there an age restriction for the event?

Yes, attendees must be aged 16 or over.

Can I bring a plus one?

All attendees must have their own ticket. Plus ones are required to purchase a ticket.

If I’m unable to attend, can I still redeem the ticket benefits?

No. Ticket benefits, including store credit and course access, are only redeemable by attendees who are present at the event.

What qualifications are required to redeem the complimentary Hard Gel Course?

To redeem the Hard Gel Course, you must hold qualifications in both Gel Polish and Builder Gel.

Can the Hard Gel Course be redeemed at a later date?

Yes. If you are currently a student, you may redeem the course at a later date once you have obtained the required qualifications.

Is the Hard Gel Course accredited and who is it suitable for?

Yes, the Hard Gel Course is fully accredited. It is designed for already qualified nail technicians.

How is the £60 store credit issued and when can it be used?

The £60 store credit is issued in-store only and must be redeemed on the day of the event.

Is the Hard Gel Course transferable?

Yes, the course is transferable. However, the person redeeming the course must hold both Gel Polish and Builder Gel certifications.

Are tickets refundable or transferable?

What is included in the ticket price?

The £30 ticket offers exceptional value and includes a complimentary accredited Hard Gel Course worth £110, along with £60 in-store credit redeemable on the day of the event.

Will photographs or videos be taken at the event?

Yes. A professional photographer and the Glitterbels social media team will be present throughout the event. Photography and videography may be used for promotional and marketing purposes.

Is parking available?

Yes. Parking is available at a nearby community centre, located approximately a 5-minute walk from Glitterbels HQ.
