This course is for a complete beginner wanting to learn Gel polish application and Builder Gel in a Bottle application. It will provide you with all the necessary skills and industry-recognised qualifications.
The course is accredited by ABT Insurance and includes the Marian Newman Online Nail Knowledge Diploma.
The Gel Polish and Builder Gel course covers how to complete gel polish application and builder gel in a bottle including tips. Builder Gel is a great upsell to the clients in your nail business to add that additional strength alongside gel polish or on its own with our gorgeous collection of Builder Gels!

This course demonstrates the correct application and removal techniques alongside how to infill your builder gel. The course also covers reception and consultation, contra-indications to treatment and aftercare advice.
This course is for complete beginners wanting to enter the Nail Industry. It will provide you with all the necessary skills and industry-recognised qualifications.
Practical training contains;
- Manicure: Basic manicure techniques
- Gel Polish: How to apply gel polish and demonstrates the correct removal techniques.
- Builder Gel in a Bottle Correct application methods: tip application, Builder Gel application including infills and removal.
The course is run over 2 days with case studies for homework, you will be required to provide the case studies to complete the course.

2 day builder gel &gel course
I complete the 2 day builder gel course with Toni and really enjoyed it! Learning something new can always be nerve wracking but Toni created such a lovely atmosphere that instantly made me feel comfortable and was able to explain things in a way that was easy to understand also offering continued support outside of the classroom courses. The kit provided was really good and gave you all the basics to allow you to slowly start building up your kit. The only issue I came into contact with was that my lamp did not arrive with my kit or in time for my first course but Lisa from the training academy was quick to respond and Toni Kindly lent me her lamp for the course. Having the mix between in person and online meant that we were able to really focus and develop our practical skills in the classroom course and I was able to really take my time With the nail knowledge to make sure I was clear in my understanding. Overall I would really recommend the course and will definitely be booking in for more courses with Toni!
Chilla is amazing
I have done my builder gel course , gel polish and e-file course all with Chilla and I honestly couldn’t fault her. She’s so so so lovely and very knowledgeable. She makes you feel at Ease if you’re nervous and is always reassuring. With her help I have managed to create amazing nails! I could not recommend glitterbels and Chilla enough, very professional xx Online course.
Amazing education/kit not provided
I couldn’t fault the training I received, the training was amazing and thorough. The educator was fantastic and my work was so good after the sessions. Very looking forward to completing my case studies. The only downside is that the process of booking is complicated. I was assigned an educator who was unhelpful with replies, but my experience changed after I requested a new educator and the second educator I had was amazing! I also am still awaiting for products from my kit to arrive including my lamp. I ordered the course in march and it still hasn’t arrived by end of April. In order to complete the course I had to purchase an alternative lamp due to this. So I wouldn’t recommend the course based on this.
