• You can use your gift voucher online at glitterbels.com.
• Your gift voucher is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issue and cannot be redeemed after the expiry date.
• Your gift voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers.
• Your gift voucher is non-refundable other than within the 14-day cancellation period as per the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. No change or credit is given in the event that the voucher value exceeds the total cost of the order.
• Your gift voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Your gift voucher can be used for one purchase only.
• Lost, stolen or destroyed gift vouchers will not be exchanged or refunded.

Domestic Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or bank holidays.
