Apply the Glitterbels Hema Free Dehydrator to prepare the nail surface, use the Glitterbels Hema Free Acid Free Primer for enhanced adhesion, then the Glitterbels Hema Free Basecoat.

Domestic Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or bank holidays.
