How Long Will My Order Take To Be Delivered?

All orders placed before 3 pm will be shipped the same working day. All parcels are sent on Next Day Delivery.

When Will (X) Be Back In Stock?

Unfortunately, we cannot always provide restock dates for certain items. To avoid missing out on a restock, sign up to the ‘Notify me when in stock’ on the specific product to receive an email when the item is restocked.

Can You Ship To (X)?

We can ship all over the UK & Internationally, however, some items are restricted to certain destinations. Pop us an email at Annabel@nailsbyannabel.co.uk  to find out more.

Why Has The Payment Failed But You Have Taken The Money And When Will I Get This Back?

For a payment to process, the Billing address needs to match exactly where the bank card is registered. Any failed payments will automatically return to your account within 5 days.
